We use DHL for Express Shipping and USPS for all other shipping needs. Shipping costs vary and we do offer free shipping on orders over $150 and when we have various promotions. Your exact shipping charges will be provided at check out. 





Exchange/Refund Policy

Same Item Exchanges are accepted as long as merchandise is in original form. Please Contact us at 1-212-505-2093 or use our contact form to initiate an exchange request. We are unable to return merchandise for a full refund but we will offer store credit or same item exchange as long as it is within fair reason. Online orders maybe returned to Physical shop.  All sales are final.

If your payment method was declined, it may have been unsuccessful due to incorrect information, card expiration, or insufficient funds. Your order total will not include duties, taxes or carrier brokerage fees. If applicable, these fees will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient.

Your order total will be calculated in USD. Please note that your method of payment may be charged in your local currency at an exchange rate selected by the issuing bank, and may also include foreign transaction fees. These are not determined by Anthropologie, and are not included in your order total at checkout.

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, China Union Pay, PayPal, and  Shakti Boutique gift cards and e-gift cards issued in USD.

Items will be charged to your selected method of payment when they ship. Your order may ship in multiple packages, and may be subject to additional carrier brokerage fees, as determined by your postal carrier. The shipping and handling fee you were quoted at checkout will be prorated and applied based on the value of each individual shipment, and does not include duties, taxes, or carrier brokerage fees.

Please note that we are unable to process your order if we cannot obtain an authorization from your credit card company. You may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter, and then inform us of any additional information.

We will keep your order on file for 48 hours before it will be cancelled. Please respond quickly; merchandise cannot be held for your order and may become unavailable.
